Inglewood make fantastic, original burgers, using local produce, accompanied by French fries and green salad. There are many beef variants, and others made with chicken, bison, or vegetarian versions. The burger of the month is always unusual, such as the current recipe ‘Banana peel’ with a homemade banana chutney. Their house style for beef burgers is medium-rare (red inside), if you want your burger well done, just ask them. Good beer and wine, and an amazing cheesecake.
The Plainpalais venue is open from Monday to Saturday at lunchtime (about midday to 2.30pm) and dinner (7pm-10pm); the Eaux-Vives venu is open every day at lunchtime (about midday to 2.30pm) and dinner (7pm-10pm). No bookings, get there as early as you can.
