Innocenti Evasioni, meaning “innocent pursuits,” is the name of this restaurant located a short distance outside the city centre. With two dining rooms, the interiors are decorated in discreet taste, and a highlight is the Zen garden, open during summer and visible through large windows in the winter. The menu is a triumph of culinary creativity, with the “Menu Milano” offering a tribute to the city’s favourite recipes such as Saffron rice and a deconstructed Ossobuco, not to mention a dessert based on Rossini’s favourite beverage Barbajada. One Michelin star, an excellent wine list, good quality/price ratio. Some examples of the desserts: Chocolate crumble with candied peach, black tea ice-cream and raspberry sauce; Tiramisù with figs and walnuts, with spicy sponge bread and Marsala; Sorbet of apricots and laurel, white rum butter, praline sauce and crunchy raspberries.
Open from Monday to Saturday, from 8pm to 11pm.
