Opened by Claudio Liu in 2007, awarded a Michelin star from 2015, Iyo is without doubt one of the most extraordinary dining experiences in Milan, not to be missed by anyone who likes Japanese food. From the show kitchen and the sushi counter, the recipes based on raw and cooked fish and meat explore the fundamentals of Oriental cuisine according to an international approach. The minimalist interiors provide a suitably sophisticated setting. The omakase tasting menu is a highlight, along with an excellent wine list. Open from Tuesday to Sunday, Tuesday open for dinner only. Prices are on a par with the quality.
